-5+ years of PROFESSIONAL painting experience including exterior and interior spraying

-3+ painters crew with a desire to grow to 15+ painters within 1 year

-Valid and up to date WSIB

3 million in umbrella liability insurance

Exceptional customer service and communication

Ability to work within budgets

Positive attitude

Ability to work a few Saturdays a year
