Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Painting Subcontractor

to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier interior and exterior painting services on high-end residential projects. This role is best suited for a professional who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and consistently meets deadlines without compromising on quality.

Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of painting: cutting, rolling, spraying, masking, and surface preparation Execute detailed finishing work to the highest standard Follow specified materials and application methods provided by our project managers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times Collaborate with our team to meet project schedules and client expectations Provide your own tools, equipment, and transportation

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of professional residential painting experience

(custom home or luxury project experience preferred) Expertise in spraying and high-level finish work Full set of tools and reliable transportation WSIB coverage and $2M general liability insurance Ability to read and follow detailed scopes of work Professional, reliable, and respectful demeanor Working at Heights certification (preferred)
