What You'll Do

Paint residential and small commercial projects Lead a small team of painters on site Review job scope and coordinate materials and equipment Message the client the day before, and prep your crew Walk through the job with the client and set clear expectations Keep work on schedule and quality on point Send daily updates to the client and owner (what got done, any issues, what's next) Ensure the job wraps up cleanly -- walkthroughs, touchups, cleanup, payment Collect payment, request a review, and ask for referrals and lawn sign

Painting experience is required. Leadership or crew lead experience is a big plus.
