Painter
DV Group Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our team in Winnipeg, MB.
:
Prepares surfaces for paint with preparation tools such as sanders, compounders, and other tools. Prepares walls and ceilings for paint with preparation tools such as paint sprayers, spray guns, and other tools needed for the job. Sets up equipment for painting including paint sprayers, air guns, tape guns, etc. Paints surfaces using various equipment including paint sprayers, air guns, tape guns, etc. Moves furniture and equipment around the painting area to ensure that each surface is covered properly. Cleans surfaces after painting to remove debris and debris from other surfaces. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to read and follow written instructions in English. Ability to read and follow visual instructions in English. Ability to follow directions in a non-routine manner and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods of time, bending, climbing stairs and working on ladders. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
