Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Tasks
---------Supervise workers and projects Co-ordinate and schedule activities Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions Estimate costs and materials Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Recommend personnel actions Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Supervision
---------------1 to 2 people
Support for newcomers and refugees
--------------------------------------Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
Support for youths
----------------------Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth
Support for Indigenous people
---------------------------------Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
Supports for visible minorities
-----------------------------------Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.) Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English * Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
