We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial painting, with the ability to restore and build surfaces to meet high-quality standards. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Restore and repair damaged surfaces including drywall and other materials. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during the painting process. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of projects.

Skills

Proficient in commercial painting techniques as well as industrial painting methods. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to build and restore surfaces with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Familiarity with hand tools used in painting applications. Knowledge of safety protocols related to painting operations. Ability to rig equipment safely when necessary for various projects.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
