We are seeking an experienced

Painter Supervisor

to lead and coordinate painting projects in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of painters, ensure high-quality workmanship, and oversee project timelines while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical painting expertise, and attention to detail to enhance the appearance and value of properties.

Duties

Prepare production and other reports Supervise workers and projects Co-ordinate and schedule activities Oversee apprenticeship training Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions Estimate costs and materials Recommend personnel actions Read blueprints and drawings Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Leading/instructing individuals

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

of experience in painting, with supervisory or lead-hand experience preferred
