Experience in exterior painting is a must.

Experience with fall pro equipment is a bonus.

The Painter will be responsible for prepping and applying paint to surfaces, interacting with customers and managing their workflow with other team members. Responsibilities:

- Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, sanding or removing old paint, taping, laying down floor protection. Includes use of power tools

- Apply paint using various methods such as brush, roller, or sprayer

- Use of step ladders and extension ladders

- Ensure all painting equipment is cleaned and maintained properly and accounted for

- Effective communication with clients to understand their preferences and relay project progress to manager

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of job sites

- Pick up paint and supplies from paint store

- Work independently and part of a high-performing team

- Fill out daily progress reports

- Participate in check-ins with Aaron

- Engage in on-site marketing activities

Pay and Bonuses:

- Hourly wage ranging from $22-$31/hr, depending on experience.

- Commuting allowance for Fraser Valley projects

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
