Our units are ready when you arrive. Other trades finished. Walls patched. Drop cloths down. Our laborers help move ladders and stage paint. You cut, roll, and collect on Friday.


THE WORK:


New construction painting Same color schemes each building Primer + 2 coats standard Low-VOC paints (easier on you) Units ready in sequence
THE MONEY:


Above market per sq ft or hourly Paid weekly - every Friday Speed bonus: 6 units in 4 days vs 5? Extra pay Quality has to be there (we check)
DAILY REALITY:


Paint and supplies organized by unit Real ventilation (new construction) Laborers help with heavy ladder moves No painting around other trades Clean bathrooms, lunch area, coffee Site super who gets scheduling
Same apartment layouts repeatedly. You'll develop a system and fly through units. Steady work within 90 mins of HRM.


WE NEED:


5+ years painting experience New construction preferred Own brushes/rollers (we provide sprayers) Clean lines and attention to detail Show up ready to work
