Another job where the flooring shows up wrong? Or the subfloor's a disaster nobody mentioned? Or you're working around six other trades?
Our sites are different.
Subfloors are checked before you arrive. Materials on-site, organized by unit. Our laborers move boxes where you need them. Other trades are finished and gone. You just install.
THE SETUP:
Vinyl plank and laminate in units
Tile in bathrooms (if that's your thing)
Same layouts = faster each building
Materials staged by unit
Clean, empty units ready for flooring
THE PAY:
Above market rate per square foot or hourly
Weekly payment - no chasing
Efficiency bonus for beating timeline
Example: 5-day job done well in 4? Extra pay
YOUR DAY:
Show up to prepped units
Materials already inside each unit
No wrestling boxes up stairs
Site super handles any issues
Actual lunch area and clean bathrooms
Professional environment
4-12 unit buildings throughout HRM area. Once you know our standard layouts, you'll cruise through installs. Steady pipeline of work.
LOOKING FOR:
3+ years flooring installation
Vinyl plank/laminate experience required
Own installation tools
Quality cuts and tight seams
Dependable (we schedule around you)
