Job Description
Exterior and Interior painter
We are looking for a skilled Painter to paint the interior and exterior of structures, buildings and other surfaces.Experience in painting with various tools and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures, preferably certified for Working at highs, ZOOM BOOM , ,Swing stages. They must be reliable and deft as well as possess great attention to detail in completing their duties.Responsibilities
- Examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary
- Take precautions for preparation of surrounding areas pre paint
- Punctual and responsible individual.
- Make on-site preparations such as preparing paint product and tools, end of day clean up and organization
- Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions on any given condition.
- Proven experience as a painter
- Able to work independently and in team setting
- Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques
- Zoom Boom Certificate
- Working on Heights Certificate
- Swing Stage Certification is a Plus
- Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)
- Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.
- Conscientious with great attention to detail
- 8 hour shift
- Do you have a Zoom Boom Licence?
- Do you have Working on Heights Certificate?
- painting: 1 year (preferred)
- Class G Licence (preferred)
