Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter hepler joining our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting disciplines, including residential, commercial, restoration, and industrial painting. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. The Painter will work closely with project managers and clients to deliver exceptional results while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Duties



Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and masking to ensure proper paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, primers, and finishes using hand tools and power tools with precision. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project requirements. Perform restoration work on existing structures, ensuring seamless integration with original finishes. Utilize rigging techniques for elevated or hard-to-reach areas safely. Operate scaffolding and ladders to access high or difficult locations. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste appropriately. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met. Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on site.

Qualifications



Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, restoration, or industrial painting. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment. Knowledge of rigging techniques and carpentry skills is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently. Familiarity with schematics and technical instructions related to painting projects. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
