Position Summary

We are hiring a

Painter Helper

to assist our professional painting crew with day-to-day job site operations. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in the painting and home improvement industry. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

Assist painters with surface preparation (masking, sanding, cleaning, and taping). Help set up and maintain equipment, spray machines, and tools. Carry, load, and organize materials and supplies. Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites. Support the team with priming, touch-ups, and cleanup after projects. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with homeowners.

Requirements

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic. Physically fit and able to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and painting techniques. Previous experience in construction, painting, or general labor is an asset (but not required). Valid driver's license/personal vehicle is preferred but not required
