We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces through high-quality painting and decorating techniques. Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Install drywall and perform necessary repairs to ensure smooth surfaces.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on color selection and design.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of the project.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
Utilize hand tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
