Key Responsibilities

Prep and protect surfaces to a high standard before applying paint Perform interior and exterior repaints using brush, roll, and spray methods Repair drywall, caulk, sand, and patch as needed to ensure a smooth finish Maintain clean, organized job sites with minimal disruption to clients Communicate clearly with crew leads and customers throughout each project Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and timelines

Qualifications

At least 1 year of professional residential painting experience Proficient in cutting in, rolling, masking, and basic surface repair Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Available Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm Ability to work on ladders and exterior sites safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and ability to work independently or in a team
