We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated Paint Sales Associate to join our team and help customers transform their spaces with confidence.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers in selecting paints, stains, and coatings that best meet their needs. Provide expert advice on color matching, product selection, finishes, and application techniques. Mix and tint paint to precise specifications using color-matching equipment. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and well-stocked shelves. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Build long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and designers. Support store merchandising, product displays, and promotional efforts.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or paint/hardware preferred. Knowledge of paint products, finishes, and application methods a plus (training provided). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
