As a Paint Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their paint selection and providing excellent service to ensure their satisfaction.

Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting the right paint /stain products for their projects
- Provide guidance on color choices and paint application techniques

-Staining wood moldings used for flooring transitions
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Demonstrate basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Skills:
- Experience in cashiering and handling cash transactions
- Proficiency in sales techniques to promote paint products effectively
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of market trends to recommend suitable paint products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
