Position Overview

Paint Protection Film Installer

What You'll Do

Measure, cut, and install paint protection film (PPF) with precision and care Prep vehicle surfaces to ensure a clean, dust-free application Deliver high-quality, bubble-free, seamless finishes Work efficiently under a flat-rate system, with assistive support available as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Communicate with the team and customers on installation details and aftercare Stay current with new products, techniques, and industry standards Follow company safety policies and procedures

What You Bring

Previous experience installing PPF, vinyl wraps, or window tint preferred (training available for the right candidate) Steady hands, sharp eye for alignment, and strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under a flat-rate pay system Problem-solving skills and pride in producing high-quality work Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional, customer-focused mindset

What We Offer

Earning Potential: $55,000 - $85,000+ annually
