Paint Prep

Evening Position Monday - Friday 3pm - 11:30 pm

Day Position Monday - Friday 6:55am - 3:25pm

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required
- Remove old paint or rust using various tools and techniques
- Fill and smooth imperfections on surfaces using putty or other fillers
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with paints and chemicals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paint prep or in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and coatings
- Familiarity with painting tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects as required
