The Paid Social Strategist serves as the daily point of client contact responsible for project-related communication and execution. The Paid Social Strategist has a pivotal role to play in coordinating between amongst the team in order to ensure that client deliverables are created on time, on budget, and per the scope of work. The Paid Social Strategist also plays a significant role in developing, planning, and presenting the digital strategy in alignment with our client?s business objectives.
  • Manage Paid Social Strategy for a portfolio of clients, in collaboration with performance media team.
  • Communicate elements of the brief to internal teams and ensure comprehension of the objectives and underlying strategy.
  • Develop the project plan in order to react rapidly to new demands and adjust as required.
  • With direction from the Digital Client Lead, provide tactical and strategic recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Plan projects and supervise the execution of the various stages of production (manage scope, support teams in preparing and delivering assets)
  • Be a trusted advisor to our clients, partners and vendors, developing positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client?s business.
  • Balance the dual expectations of both the client and agency to ensure seamless project delivery and quality;
  • Use your passion and creativity to help develop intelligent, innovative and effective ideas and process improvements for your clients.
  • Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client?s business, how we work, and the industry we?re in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meetings.
  • Supervise the development of proper tactics to support the defined strategy and achieve client?s goals.


Qualifications
  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in strategic account management, previous experience within paid social is required.
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat. Other platform experience is required.
  • Strong to advanced level MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP?s), Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for priority management where it concerns managing multiple deliverables/work streams.
  • Ability to organize ideas and present back information logically and sequentially.
