You will be the operational and strategic mastermind behind a critical set of our paid social campaigns. Responsible for end-to-end management, you'll support and dramatically improve channel performance, driving innovation through rigorous A/B testing, strategic bidding management, and continuous optimization. You are the link between data, creativity, and revenue growth, ultimately contributing to SSENSE's ambitious customer acquisition and sales targets across platforms like Meta and TikTok.
What you will do :
Maximize ROAS & Revenue:
Strategically manage campaign bidding and budgets to smash weekly revenue, ROAS (return on ad spend), and customer acquisition objectives.
Innovate & Optimize:
Continuously identify and implement breakthrough improvement opportunities across campaign structure, targeting, ad text, and attribution to maximize sales.
Analyze & Report:
Prepare sharp, ad-hoc analyses and transform complex data into clear,
actionable recommendations
for the team and leadership.
Ensure Excellence:
Guarantee all campaigns are built, QA'd, and executed following industry best practices and internal operational standards.
Drive Partnerships:
Develop and leverage relationships with key vendors (Meta, TikTok, etc.) to uncover and implement cutting-edge platform improvements.

Qualifications
