MiQ is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join the team. The Paid Search Manager role is for individuals who are looking to diversify their paid search experience and be part of a team that is looking to launch their paid search arm in Canada. This role will not only execute campaigns but will be asked to innovate the way that we trade at the same time. You will join a global company with a global culture to match. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES





Your main responsibilities will include:


Campaign Planning & Execution




Develop comprehensive SEM strategies aligned with business objectives Brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns and paid advertising Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring Collaborate with other digital marketers to align campaign strategies and goals for clients Learn about the MiQ product stack and how search fits into our offering Proactively introduce new ideas and initiatives while staying current on emerging trends Stay current with industry trends and platform updates

Campaign Maintenance, Reporting, and Insights




Create and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns Build out media buys for various platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media Ensuring that campaigns are hitting required pacing and performance KPIs in order to achieve client goals through consistent optimizations Define campaign budgets, align campaign goals, and ensure adherence to search optimization principles Analyze, review and report on the effectiveness of paid campaigns to maximize results and make a recommendation for future campaigns. Report back weekly and when necessary to management on: + PPM (Pacing, Performance, Margin) for accounts you are responsible for + Bandwidth
+ MiQ reputational risks & servicing risks
+ Right to play risks
+ When campaign budgets are shifting more to other 3rd parties

Collaboration




Meet with clients to determine their goals and budget Advise clients/stakeholders on costs, expectations, outcomes, and processes Provide actionable insights on campaign performance to relevant stakeholders Disseminate best practices and learnings across other MiQ teams Create dashboards, reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), and present data, recommendations and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting platforms to help teams and clients understand and monitor the health and performance of the campaigns



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE




Minimum 4 years of experience running paid search (SEM)campaigns within these platforms (Google Ads/SA360, Microsoft) Minimum 4 years of experience with these platforms: Google Analytics, GTM, Tableau (or similar data visualization tools) Proven track record of driving ROAS/ROI through paid search Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing methodologies Clear evidence of servicing advertisers to a high standard Experience managing and planning paid search strategy, presenting to clients and executing as per plan Client Services background is advantageous but not required
