You will play a critical role in the execution of search campaigns and support growth targets for all brands. Working closely with experts in charge of other digital channels, you will balance strategy, innovation and action to achieve the expected results. With the support of your teammates and manager, you will be coached and developed to increase your search performance skills, as well as your overall knowledge of digital marketing performance.You\xe2\x80\x99ll get to...Be an integral part of the Paid Search team and help support a multi-million-dollar search campaigns.You will collaborate closely with media strategists to help deliver innovative campaigns and deliver results.Perform output quality control (reports, post analyses, campaign setups, etc.).Support the segmentation and targeting strategy to maximize relevance and performance.Continuously track results, identify growth and optimization opportunities across the sales funnel and present a testing plan.Collaborate with other team members as needed to help deliver comprehensive and cohesive campaigns.Drive change, actively promote innovation by following the latest trends and challenge the status quo.Managing search budgets and campaign pacing.Deepen and sharpen search marketing skills, while collaborating closely with a team of peers who are also focused on search.You are...Post Secondary education is marketing, media, or advertising.Min. 2 years experience managing paid search campaign with a focus on performance. Agency experience an asset.You have managed medium to large-scale campaigns, multi-brands, multi-products with significant budgets.Proven experience in optimizing and reporting on SEM campaigns.Proficiency in Google Ads or SA360.
