Headquartered in London, Dentsu operates in 145 countries around the world with more than 50,000 dedicated specialists.The Paid Social Analyst responsible for the setup and ongoing delivery of client digital campaigns across Search platforms. As a Paid Social Analyst, you will work to support the Strategy Lead in developing the short and long-term strategic direction and success for your clients. You will also be responsible for the successful delivery of these campaigns - from campaign setup, optimization and management to the day to day reporting to clients.

  • Understand individual client needs (including and beyond specific projects) so you can help them be successful in their roles; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well
  • Responsible for the successful setup of all client campaigns - including research, campaign creation and audience upload across a number of platforms
  • Responsible for the successful optimization of all client campaigns - including reviewing campaign performance, as well optimizing based on the continuous feedback from both the client and strategist
  • Responsible for ensuring reporting and trafficking is carried out to the highest standards - as well as delivery of insights and actions to the client on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to meet client business objectives
  • Ensure your campaigns are spent and scheduled at an appropriate pace and take full responsibility for media spending on behalf of your customers
  • Help the team develop ideas and reports for client quarterly business reviews
  • Adapt client account plans and actively align the execution of the campaign
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1.5 years within digital performance agency responsible for delivering against performance targets
  • Previous experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work in high pressure environment and resolve client issues
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams
  • Analytical and strategic
  • Demonstrates honesty and integrity
  • Knowledge and understanding of Web Analytics (considered an asset)
  • Relevant qualification from Google and Bing (Amazon an asset)
  • Advanced level MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP\'s), Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
