Paid Media Manager
to guide a high-performing team, build data-driven cross-channel media strategies, and ensure consistent, best-in-class campaign delivery. You'll influence department processes, elevate reporting and performance standards, and partner with clients and internal teams to drive measurable growth across key accounts.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead paid media strategy and performance
across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms, owning
planning, execution, optimization, and results.
Oversee day-to-day performance and pacing
on key accounts, ensuring
budgets
and
optimization tactics
are on track.
Build and refine
reporting
frameworks,
data visualization
, and
insights
to deliver high-quality client and internal presentations.
Partner with
Accounts
to align paid media strategies with broader
business and marketing objectives.
Work closely with
Creative
to develop and test
data-driven
,
audience-focused ad concepts
that improve campaign outcomes.
Provide
leadership, coaching, and real-time feedback
to Paid Media team members, supporting
onboarding, training, and development.
Improve
internal processes
to strengthen efficiency, quality, and consistency in planning, execution, and reporting.
Maintain strong relationships with
platform partners
and stay ahead of
media trends
to inform channel strategy and innovation.
Participate in
client meetings
as a strategic partner, presenting insights, recommendations, and opportunities for growth.
Support
business development
through audits, estimates, proposals, and presentations.
Drive innovation by exploring emerging
ad formats,
channels
, and
AI-powered tools
to advance paid media performance.
What We're Looking For
6+ years
of digital advertising experience with
hands-on campaign management.
3+ years of
performance marketing leadership
or
people management
.
Deep expertise in platforms such as
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
Proven ability to
develop and execute
full-funnel, cross-channel paid media strategies that meet measurable KPIs.
Strong analytical skills with experience in
attribution, tracking, and tools such as
Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel,
and
Google Analytics.
Confident communicator with
experience presenting results
, insights, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to
mentor and coach
junior paid media specialists, ensuring quality and consistency in execution.
High
attention to detail,
strong organization, and the ability to
manage multiple high-complexity accounts
in a fast-paced environment.
Successful completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Advertising, Web Development, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
Nice to Haves:
Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications.
Experience with advanced data visualization or dashboarding tools.
Exposure to sprint-based workflows or agile environments.
Familiarity with emerging ad platforms or AI-enabled advertising tools.
Experience with creative testing frameworks or CRO principles.
