Position Overview

We're looking for a skilled and driven professional to lead advertising campaigns that support both consumer growth and franchise development across our brands. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads for business opportunities and educational programs.

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will manage paid media strategies across the LaunchLife International network. Your main responsibilities include planning, executing, tracking performance, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing PPC, search engine marketing, and social media campaigns. Experience in educational services is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

In this role, the Paid Media Manager will be responsible for driving multi-brand paid advertising strategies across both franchise development and consumer-focused education programs while managing monthly dedicated ad spending across multiple channels, including Google Performance Max/Search/Brand/Generic, YouTube Ads, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and emerging ad platforms. The Paid Media Manager will own end-to-end campaign architecture and performance optimization, building sophisticated audience targeting using first-party data and platform signals. They will structure comprehensive A/B and multivariate tests for landing pages, forms, and creative elements while continuously monitoring and improving campaign performance. Working closely with our marketing team, the Paid Media Manager will partner with our Head of Content to develop compelling ad copy and landing page messaging, collaborate with our Creative team on ad design and formats, and guide our Developers in implementing robust tracking systems and testing frameworks. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of advanced tracking solutions using GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs while creating real-time dashboards to monitor cross-platform KPIs, CAC, and ROAS. They will analyze test results and provide data-driven optimization recommendations to leadership. Maintain mastery of current advertising platforms while staying ahead of emerging trends and opportunities. This includes deep knowledge of Google Ads solutions, Meta's Business Suite, Instagram Shop capabilities, and LinkedIn's Campaign Manager tools. Manage substantial monthly ad budgets, optimize spend across channels, track performance metrics, and ensure strong ROIs while maintaining high lead quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience:



While a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, we value hands-on experience equally. Current certifications in Google Ads, social media platforms, or other digital marketing areas will strengthen your application. 4+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Google Ads certification and demonstrated expertise in Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns. Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram advertising, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Experience with GA4 implementation and conversion tracking. Strong analytical and data visualization skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proven track record of managing significant monthly ad spend budgets. Experience with audience targeting and first-party data utilization.

Job Details:

Full-time role in Richmon Hill, ON office. Monday to Friday. We're not considering candidates interested in hybrid roles.*
