Job Description

IMP Digital is an established digital agency (20+ years in business) specializing in web design, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media management. You need someone who can handle the complexity of managing 30+ client accounts while maintaining the high-quality, personalized service your clients have come to expect.

Core Responsibilities:



Manage and optimize 30+ active PPC accounts across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies for diverse clients Conduct ongoing campaign optimization to maximize ROI and meet/exceed KPIs Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis Create and test ad copy, landing page strategies, and creative assets Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Performance Max, automated bidding) to accelerate results Provide detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients Manage budgets ranging from small local businesses to larger enterprise accounts Collaborate with the design, SEO, and content teams for integrated campaigns Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging AI capabilities Write engaging ad copy that converts

Must-Have Qualifications:



5+ years of hands-on PPC management experience

with proven results

Expert-level proficiency

in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Experience managing

minimum 20+ accounts simultaneously

Demonstrated success with

budget management

($500K+ annual ad spend) Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, platform analytics) Proven track record of

improving ROAS and reducing CPA

AI proficiency

: Experience using AI tools for campaign optimization, ad copy creation, and data analysis Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (or willingness to obtain immediately) Experience with automation, scripts, and smart bidding strategies

Preferred Qualifications:



Healthcare/pharmacy industry experience (nice to have given your specialization) Agency experience managing diverse client portfolios Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Supermetrics, Optmyzr, or similar Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing

Monday-Friday in-office attendance is mandatory

Pay: $62,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
