We are a professional security services company based in Toronto, dedicated to protecting businesses, properties, and communities with reliable and customized solutions. As we expand, we're looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our marketing and business development team. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in sales, marketing, client outreach, and digital marketing within the security industry.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in sectors such as retail, corporate offices, construction, and residential communities. Research, identify, and qualify new business leads. Promote our security services through targeted outreach and campaigns. Maintain and update client and lead records in the CRM system. Assist with

SEO strategies

to improve website visibility, online presence, and lead generation. Support the marketing team with initiatives to increase brand awareness and client engagement.

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with outbound calling and professional client interactions. Basic understanding of SEO (keywords, on-page optimization, content strategy) is an asset. Goal-oriented, organized, and detail-focused. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Interest in sales, marketing, digital marketing, or the security industry is a plus. Training will be provided - a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
