This particular job posting is for supporting the development of our paedatric OT's in the private and OAP sector.

About The Role:

4 Clinic Locations:

Treatment & Sensory Rooms , ++ gym in at some locations. This role is for supporting primarily in-person supervision of the Niagara locations, with monthly in-person oversight of the Kitchener and Oakville location. This management role supports one-on-one clinical training and discussions with a group of OTs servicing our clinics. There is also oversight of our URS and OAP service sectors. Our therapists support a full spectrum of pediatric OT needs, including ASD, Learning Disabilities, and Developmental Disabilities, or support children who need some guidance with basic needs like handwriting, learning strategies, etc. You will be responsible for treating clients in the Niagara clinic sites (St. Catharines and Grimsby) at a 40-50% capacity. The other 50-60% of the week will be supporting clinical development/mentorship of therapists (8-10 therapists)

Must Haves:
