Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Warehouse Operator

to join our

Supply Chain

team. In this role, you will ensure that all products are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently, maintaining the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, verifying items, and ensuring they are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating attention to detail and enthusiasm for maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders following company standards. Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging. Maintain clean and organized workspaces to comply with safety and hygiene protocols. Operate packaging equipment and tools as required. Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders. Follow company SOPs to ensure consistency in packing and quality control. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly. Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and restocking supplies.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in a warehouse or packaging role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Basic knowledge of packaging equipment and tools is a plus. Be a respectful and polite team-player Have dependable transportation (preferably owns a vehicle)
