What We're Looking For

You

love the cooking process

-- from prep to cleanup, from raw to finished 1+ year experience in a kitchen, bakery, food production, skincare, or cannabis prep is a plus Excellent time management -- you know how to stick to timelines and batch plans Naturally organized, clean, and methodical in your work Able to follow instructions and quality standards precisely Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for extended periods Passion for natural healing and clean ingredients is a bonus

What You'll Do

Cook and batch formulas

according to exact SOPs and GMP standards Follow step-by-step procedures to prepare balms, oils, and herbal infusions Measure, weigh, and blend raw materials (herbs, waxes, oils, butters) with consistency Operate cooking and mixing equipment safely (hot plates, melters, mixers, etc.) Maintain

organization and cleanliness

in the kitchen at all times Keep

accurate records

of batch times, ingredients, and yields Coordinate with labelling and packaging teams to ensure smooth production flow Communicate low inventory levels of raw materials to management Assist with receiving and storing raw materials in a food-safe environment Contribute to process improvement and efficiencies over time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
