Job Description
Terra Labs is a Kelowna-based cannabis company founded in 2019. The Company operates a 12,000 sq.ft. processing facility and sells products across Canada. Terra commenced exporting to international markets in 2025.
Position: Packaging Technician
:
The Packaging and Production Technician will be responsible for packaging and preparing products for distribution to Provincial Boards and retail cannabis stores. The individual must be able to follow established procedures, follow written instructions, have great attention to detail, work well independently and with a team, and communicate well.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Participate in tasks related to packaging for inventory and retail orders, including filling containers, excise stamping, applying labels, case packing, etc. Ability to work in a fast paced environment doing repetitive tasks. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time. Must be very organized and possess excellent attention to detail. Complete forms and logs as required for packaging events. Assist in managing exceptional levels of cleanliness in packaging, cultivation and processing room. Contribute to promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Work independently or with a team as required. Ensure that the Company's Standard Operating Procedures related to all work activities are followed to the highest standard. Experience in the cannabis industry is an asset, but not required

Pay: $20.00 per hour
