Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Produce Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products while adhering to industry standards. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various tools and equipment, including programmable logic controllers and forklifts.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards. Assist in the packaging and assembly of products, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process. Utilize hand tools and machinery to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document production activities accurately, ensuring traceability of materials used in the manufacturing process.

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and mechanical systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP practices is a plus. Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is beneficial. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating strong individual initiative.
