Job Description

We're seeking a Packaging Team Lead to take ownership of daily packaging operations, set up and optimize packaging lines, and assist with other plant activities as needed.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and supervise the packaging line for capsules, tablets, and powder products

Lead and train packaging staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to GMP standards

Coordinate with QA to perform in-process checks and maintain batch documentation

Conduct equipment setup, line clearance, and cleaning before and after each run

Assist with production, warehouse, or labeling tasks as needed

Troubleshoot basic equipment issues or coordinate maintenance support

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace

Track inventory and packaging material usage accurately

Qualifications

Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics packaging preferred

Understanding of GMP and cleanroom protocols

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to lead a small team and communicate clearly

Basic computer and documentation skills

Physically able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Work Location: In person
