Sous la supervision du responsable logistique, l\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nieur en emballage est responsable de la conception, du d\xc3\xa9veloppement et de la mise en \xc5\x93uvre de solutions d\'emballage pour les emballages entrants et sortants. Il soutient \xc3\xa9galement le d\xc3\xa9veloppement de chariots remorqueurs (Tugger) entre la logistique et les lignes de production. Ils travaillent en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec des \xc3\xa9quipes interfonctionnelles, notamment des responsables de la production, du contr\xc3\xb4le qualit\xc3\xa9 et des \xc3\xa9quipes de la cha\xc3\xaene d\'approvisionnement, pour s\'assurer que l\'emballage r\xc3\xa9pond aux besoins du processus de fabrication et aux exigences du produit.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

  • \xc3\x89valuer le processus de fabrication et les exigences du produit pour concevoir et d\xc3\xa9velopper des solutions d\'emballage qui r\xc3\xa9pondent aux normes de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, r\xc3\xa9glementaires et de qualit\xc3\xa9.
  • Mener des recherches et des tests sur les mat\xc3\xa9riaux et les conceptions d\'emballage pour identifier les opportunit\xc3\xa9s d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration des co\xc3\xbbts, de la qualit\xc3\xa9 et de l\'efficacit\xc3\xa9.
  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs, les vendeurs et les fabricants pour s\'assurer que les mat\xc3\xa9riaux d\'emballage r\xc3\xa9pondent aux sp\xc3\xa9cifications et sont disponibles pour la production.
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er et tenir \xc3\xa0 jour les sp\xc3\xa9cifications d\'emballage, y compris les dessins, la nomenclature et les proc\xc3\xa9dures de contr\xc3\xb4le de la qualit\xc3\xa9.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer les projets d\'emballage de la conception \xc3\xa0 la production, y compris les \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9anciers, les budgets et les ressources.
  • \xc3\x89valuer et optimiser les conceptions d\'emballages en termes de rentabilit\xc3\xa9, d\'efficacit\xc3\xa9 et de durabilit\xc3\xa9.
  • Garantir la conformit\xc3\xa9 aux normes, r\xc3\xa9glementations et exigences de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 pertinentes de l\'industrie.
  • Effectuer des tests r\xc3\xa9guliers et des contr\xc3\xb4les d\'assurance qualit\xc3\xa9 pour s\'assurer que l\'emballage r\xc3\xa9pond aux normes requises.
Exigences
  • Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en gestion des op\xc3\xa9rations ou de la cha\xc3\xaene d\'approvisionnement, en g\xc3\xa9nie industriel ou autres formations \xc3\xa9quivalentes
  • 4 a 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un r\xc3\xb4le similaire
  • Solide connaissance des processus de fabrication, de la science des mat\xc3\xa9riaux et des principes de conception d\'emballages
  • Exp\xc3\xa9riences dans l\'industrie manufacturi\xc3\xa8re ayant de moyens \xc3\xa0 gros volumes
  • Est capable de s\'adapter \xc3\xa0 un milieu changeant dans une industrie florissante avec une optique AGILE
  • Bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension des ERP, pr\xc3\xa9cis\xc3\xa9ment avec LN de Infor
  • Exp\xc3\xa9riences avec Tulip est un atout
  • Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et en communication, ainsi que la capacit\xc3\xa9 de travailler efficacement en \xc3\xa9quipe
  • Poss\xc3\xa8de l\'habilit\xc3\xa9 d\'exceller et de rester calme dans un milieu sous pression, de travailler avec une diversit\xc3\xa9 de type de m\xc3\xa9tiers et de culture
  • Avoir un niveau avanc\xc3\xa9 avec le pack office (Excel, Word, Visio, Access\xe2\x80\xa6)

Taiga is a rapidly scaling 100% electric recreational and utility vehicles technology and manufacturing company looking for a manufacturing packaging Engineer. Reporting to the Logistic Manager, the packaging engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing packaging solutions for inbound and outbound packaging. He also supports the development of tugger carts between logistics and production lines. They work closely with cross-functional teams including production managers, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure the packaging meets the needs of the manufacturing process and product requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating the manufacturing process and product requirements to design and develop packaging solutions that meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Conducting research and testing on packaging materials and designs to identify opportunities for improvements in cost, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure that packaging materials meet specifications and are available for production.
  • Creating and maintaining packaging specifications, including drawings, bill of materials, and quality control procedures.
  • Managing packaging projects from conception through production, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Evaluating and optimizing packaging designs for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Conducting regular testing and quality assurance checks to ensure that packaging meets the required standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor in operation/supply chain management, industrial engineering, or sufficient professional experiences
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials science, and packaging design principles
  • Experiences in manufacturing facility with middle to high volumes
  • Able to adapt easily in a growing industry with an AGILE mindset
  • Good knowledge of ERP, especially with LN from Infor
  • Experiences with Tulip would be an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Possess the ability to excel and remain calm under pressure, to work with a range of disciplines and culture
  • Have an advanced level in the use of MS Excel, Word, Visio, Access\xe2\x80\xa6
  • French speaker
