Job purpose


This role is responsible for preparing, managing, and maintaining accurate packaging documentation--including Bills of Materials (BOMs), Packaging Fact Sheets, and related technical records. It supports accurate packaging material usage and consumption by maintaining current and traceable documentation. The documentation managed in this role supports alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders, and enables compliance with production and operational requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities


The associate's primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:
Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for packaging components to support internal onboarding for new products or changes on the existing products. Manage production packing configuration information, working closely with cross functional teams, including PLM, Production and Quality to ensure packaging compliance and alignment with external and internal requirements. Manage and Create Bartender Case Label in accordance with applicable regulation, customer requirements and internal standards. Manage serialization and palletization files including primary, secondary and tertiary packaging to ensure accuracy, traceability, and alignment with packaging and logistics requirements. Maintain change records and versions histories for Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Packaging Fact Sheets to ensure accurate documentation and version traceability. Upload and maintain documents in relevant document management platforms (e.g., Our Record, SharePoint, QAD). Assist with packaging documentation audit and migration in a regular basis. Provide general support for packaging compliance activities, including document preparation, data entry and internal coordination. Perform other assigned duties Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations. Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines. Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in packaging science, food science, regulatory affairs, or other quantitative discipline. 1-3 years of experience in packaging, labelling, or documentation management within Food& Beverage Company or equivalent manufacture experience. Hands-on experience working in a GMP environment. Strong attention to detail and understanding of regulatory requirements across different markets. Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage cross-functional collaboration and multiple projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, email communications, and presentations effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working conditions

Always work indoors. Compliant with ventilation, cleanliness, space, lighting and temperature.

Physical requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Sitting involved. Standing involved. Typing Involved May repeat the same movement. Often wear safety equipment such as gloves, hair nets, steel toed safety shoes/boots and beard nets. Ability to bend or twist their body.
