What will your typical day look like? As a packager, you will help produce painted auto parts by: (Responsibilities & Accountabilities)

• Loading, unloading, picking, prepping, packing, shipping & receiving.
• Perform final inspection for order completeness and quality.
• Adhering to the company\xe2\x80\x99s strict quality standards.
• This position requires the ability to transition to other tasks when warehouse orders are fulfilled, such as packaging or production duties.
• Willing and able to follow specific instructions and perform repetitive tasks with minimal supervision.
• Other duties as assigned by managers.

What do you have to offer? (Qualifications)

• A keen attention to details and ability to recall/remember applicable procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a diverse team, in a fast-paced environment; collaborations skills, as well as the ability to influence others.
• Work with computer system to retrieve orders, print invoices/packing slips, and generate shipping labels.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Administration:

• Willingly accepts responsibility of sharing skills and knowledge with other employees.
• Be a productive team member and help to meet established departmental and company goals.
• Effectively gives and receives feedback and willingly ask questions and seeks direction when needed.
