Our client is looking for a Software Developer and Integrator for a 6 months contract in Mississauga. This position is working in a hybrid remote mode.

Responsibilities
As a Software Developer and Integrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Reviewing documentations to understand the existing implementation
Collaborating with the business and partner vendors teams on technical requirements
Discussing, understanding and documenting requirements and scope for API development
Developing an abstraction layer / API interface between IT and LDAP systems
Performing tests to validate solution E2E, and support in automated verification where possible
Participating in deep technical discussions with software engineers and network specialists
Supporting in documentation and team knowledge transfer

Qualifications
Strong written and spoken English
Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience
4 years of hands-on experience with software development
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of designing REST APIs
Strong knowledge and experience developing on Java programming language
Experience with Open source development framework includes SpringBoot & java
Hands-on experience with REST API, WSDL,SQL & oracle DB schema, JSON, XML & managing code gitlab.
Test driven development, with exposure to script automation
Good understanding of microservice architecture
Good knowledge of Virtualized network functions deployed on RHEL Openstack environment
Understanding of Core network systems and protocols such as Radius Authentication, LDAP,
Experience working in a Scrum team
Experience collaborating and integrating with 3rd party vendors to develop a common solution
Experience in finding innovative solutions to technical challenges at a telecom / mobile core network
