Delivery Subcontractor - GTA Region

DelcoLink is expanding its delivery network, now reaching shops and retailers directly, not just dealerships and big-box stores, driving demand for more high-volume contractors.

Job Summary

DelcoLink is seeking reliable and experienced

subcontractors operating cars, SUVs, or minivans

to complete daily parts deliveries across the Greater Toronto Area.
This is

not an on-demand position

-- all drivers are required to attend fixed warehouse shifts for guaranteed daily work. Drivers remain

on standby inside our warehouse

during working hours and are

dispatched as delivery orders come in

. Deliveries are short-range, lightweight, and pre-labeled for efficiency and safety.

You'll operate from our

Airport Warehouse near Pearson, Mississauga (you may be assigned to one of our (5) warehouse locations near Airport)

, delivering small but premium automotive components with care and precision.

Responsibilities

Remain on-site and on standby inside the heated warehouse during scheduled hours. Complete assigned deliveries as orders are dispatched throughout the day. Deliver small boxed OEM and performance automotive parts (filters, sensors, plugs, fluids, accessories) to mechanic shops and vendors. All packages are lightweight (under 10 lbs) and compact (typically under 1 ft). Guaranteed minimum 10 deliveries per day; most drivers complete 12 - 15. Operate within a 30 km radius, averaging 200 km or less daily. Confirm all deliveries using DelcoLink's scan system. Hold any customer returns at your approved return address for weekly pickup. DelcoLink Returns Agents collect all return items every Friday or Saturday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. All packages are

Compensation

Flat Daily Rate:

$250 + GST/HST

Fuel Surcharge:

$0.30 /km + GST/HST

Per-Stop Bonus:

+$7 per stop + GST/HST

Overtime (after 3:45 PM):

$45 /hour + GST/HST

Weather Downtime:

Paid "dead-run" days at $250 + GST/HST

Weekly Average (4 days):

? $1,200 - $1,600 + GST/HST

Wednesday to Saturday -

7:45 AM to 3:45 PM

Part-Time:

Vehicle Requirements

Car, SUV, or Minivan only Fully insured, clean, and well-maintained Safety inspection required - every 2 years (Canadian Tire preferred - reimbursed by DelcoLink)

No external branding or decals permitted for security reasons

Contractor Requirements

Must operate as a

registered business entity

(Corporation, Sole Proprietorship, or numbered company) - Independent Contractor Relationship Must have an

active GST/HST account

to invoice and collect taxes A

commercial address

is required for product returns; Residential/home addresses are

not permitted

to ensure the safety and integrity of customer products. (Accepted address types: Warehouse, Industrial/Commercial, or Virtual Office Address.) Must be able to handle up to

5 to 10 return orders per month

at your registered address. Deliveries may arrive

Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)

and occasionally on

Saturdays (9 AM - 2 PM)

during peak seasons. All return orders must be received by a professional representative at your address, with a

signature required from your concierge or associate upon UPS/FedEx delivery.

It is recommended that your return address be located

within a 35 km radius

of your assigned warehouse (Our last-mile delivery hubs are strategically located near

Toronto Pearson International Airport

.) Addresses outside this range may incur additional return handling fees. While DelcoLink does not charge for standard customer returns, any location beyond the 35 km radius will be billed the difference per return to you. Minimum

2 years delivery experience

Reliable attendance and route consistency required; Service must continue with no interruption, you must place replacement driver when required.
