Delivery Subcontractor - GTA Region

DelcoLink is expanding its delivery network, now reaching shops and retailers directly, not just dealerships and big-box stores, driving demand for more high-volume contractors.

Job Summary

DelcoLink is expanding its GTA operations and seeking

professional subcontractors

with

cargo vans or Similar

to deliver

high-value automotive parts

to a trusted network of specialty shops and suppliers. You'll operate from our

Airport Warehouse near Pearson, Mississauga (you may be assigned to one of our (5) warehouse locations near Airport)

, delivering small but premium automotive components with care and precision.

Responsibilities

Deliver

high-end OEM and classic car parts

used for performance upgrades and restorations, including filters, exhaust kits (up to 2 ft), side mirrors, turbo kits, and specialty oils -- each order typically valued at

$600 USD or more

. All items are securely boxed (no exposed parts), and each package under 15 lbs and up to 1 to 2 feet in length. Complete

10-15 deliveries per day

of our Mississauga Airport Warehouse.

7 AM - 8 AM:

Load pre-labeled, boxed packages prepared on skids with shipping labels. You may have pallets forklifted into your cargo van or arrange them as preferred. All loading takes place inside our heated warehouse bay year-round, ensuring safe and efficient handling before deliveries begin from 8 AM - 3 PM. Shipments are

pre-sorted and organized by delivery order on your pallet

to streamline daily operations (approximately 10-15 stops per route). Each shipment is

pre-labeled with two barcodes

; one for your delivery scan and another for customer returns, which are routed directly to your

designated commercial return address

. All return items will be collected from your commercial address by our dedicated Returns Pickup Agent every Friday or Saturday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. To improve efficiency and maintain our

99% on-time delivery rate

, DelcoLink no longer stores customer returns. All returns are now consolidated, picked up together from your return address, and sent directly to auction for faster processing and improved operational efficiency.

No company logos or product advertising

may be displayed on your van for security reasons. All packages are

lightweight (under 15 lbs)

Compensation

Flat daily rate of $400 - $700 (+ GST/HST)

Vehicle Requirements

Cargo van or Similar only

fully insured, reliable, and well-maintained

annual vehicle safety inspection

is required and must be completed at a

Canadian Tire location

within our trusted partner network. DelcoLink will

reimburse the inspection cost

upon completion. No or external branding permitted for Security Reasons.

Contractor Requirements

Must operate as a

registered business entity

(Corporation, Sole Proprietorship, or numbered company) - Independent Contractor Relationship Must have an

active GST/HST account

to invoice and collect taxes A

commercial address

is required for product returns; Residential/home addresses are

not permitted

to ensure the safety and integrity of customer products. (Accepted address types: Warehouse, Industrial/Commercial, or Virtual Office Address.) Must be able to handle up to

10 return orders per month

at your registered address. Deliveries may arrive

Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)

and occasionally on

Saturdays (9 AM - 2 PM)

during peak seasons. All return orders must be received by a professional representative at your address, with a

signature required from your concierge or associate upon UPS/FedEx delivery.

It is recommended that your return address be located

within a 35 km radius

of your assigned warehouse (Our last-mile delivery hubs are strategically located near

Toronto Pearson International Airport

.) Addresses outside this range may incur additional return handling fees. While DelcoLink does not charge for standard customer returns, any location beyond the 35 km radius will be billed the difference per return to you. Most packages are compact, averaging under 1 foot in length; however, some items such as exhaust kits may be up to 2 feet long. All return items will be picked up from your commercial address by a dedicated DelcoLink Returns Agent every

Friday or Saturday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Must have at least 2 years of delivery experience. Reliable attendance and route consistency required; Service must continue with no interruption, you must place replacement driver when required.

What We Provide

Company phone for client updates (returned daily back to warehouse at 3:00 PM) - Android device; Your delivery routes are planned so that you return to the warehouse between

2:30 PM and 3:00 PM

. Your warehouse access card will automatically deactivate at 3:00 PM sharp. 407 ETR Access during delivery hours covered by DelcoLink. Long-term stability (5-year projected contract) with yearly renewal after; 60 days termination notice required. Consistent weekday schedule Weekly payouts will be mailed directly to your registered company address as part of DelcoLink's secure payment process, ensuring transparency and reducing the risk of fraudulent activity within the contractor network.
