Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods while providing exceptional customer service. Duties

Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods to various locations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit. Perform moving tasks as required, including heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs for mileage and fuel consumption. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations during loading and unloading processes.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of transportation regulations. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, along with familiarity with loading/unloading procedures. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. A commitment to safety practices and adherence to company policies at all times.
