Responsibilities:

Design and oversee the construction support of power transmission lines and substations.
/li
li
Manage high voltage systems and ensure their safe operation and maintenance.
/li
li
Collaborate with other engineers and technical teams to develop power generation and transmission solutions.
/li
li
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
/li
li
Provide technical expertise and leadership in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.
/li
li
Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
/li
li
Coordinate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
/li
li
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
/li

Successful candidates will have:

Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or Professional Technologist (P.Tech) certification in Canada.

Over 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems
/li
li
Proven experience in the design and installation of power transmission lines, substations, and high voltage systems.
/li
li
Strong understanding of power generation and transmission principles.
/li
li
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
/li
li
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
/li
li
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
/li
li
Experience with natural gas mainline compression, meter stations, and gas processing facilities is a plus.
/li
