Overseas Warehouse OperationsKey Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations in overseas warehouses, including receiving, inbounding, shelving, picking, packing, and shipping. Maintain accurate inventory records with regular stock checks. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods. Track order processing, handle exceptions such as returns and replacements. Ensure the accuracy of data in the warehouse management system and improve operational efficiency. Analyze operational data and propose optimization strategies to support business growth. Perform other warehouse-related tasks as required by business operations.

Job Requirements:

College diploma or above; major in logistics or supply chain is preferred. Proficient in English for both written and verbal communication. Experience in overseas warehouse or logistics operations is an asset. Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Excel. Strong sense of responsibility, clear logic, and ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
