Your role:

  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members to ensure every customer receives superb customer service using the SMART service model
  • Ensure associates and customers are aware of current promotions and financing options
  • Lead the sales team by giving examples and assisting team members when needed
  • Manage store opening and closing duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
  • Overnights, 930PM - 6AM, 40 hours

  • Ability to motivate, train, and coach others to a higher level of success and accountability
  • Quick and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to research and analyze causes, innovative approach to solutions
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively and efficiently respond to associates\xe2\x80\x99 requests, build relationships, and resolve conflicts
  • Commitment to providing SMART customer service
  • Good customer service skills to be able to assess customer requirements and make recommendations
  • Retail, sales, or customer service experience (required)
