Good Bread is a wholesale bakery specializing in fresh and frozen artisan bread products. We take pride in our commitment to quality, consistency, and food safety. As we continue to grow, we're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to build a small overnight sanitation team.

Position Overview:

As an Overnight Sanitation Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our bakery production areas, office areas, staff areas and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, meeting all food safety and quality standards. This is a physically active role, ideal for those who take pride in keeping things clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize bakery production equipment, floors, and work areas and uniforms according to established procedures.

- Safely disassemble and reassemble machinery for cleaning.

-Wash and dry staff uniforms for the next days production.
- Use approved cleaning chemicals and follow safety guidelines.
- Complete sanitation logs and checklists accurately.
- Ensure work is completed efficiently within the scheduled shift.
- Report any maintenance or food safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Work independently and as part of a team to maintain high sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

- Prior sanitation or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required--training will be provided.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Shift Hours:

4:00pm to 12mn Sunday to Friday (Rotating Saturdays)
