We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Person to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of hospitality. l operations.
Duties
Shift starts at 11pm work till 7am
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
Evaluate front desk staff on customer service best practices and hotel policies.
Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to assist guests effectively.
Oversee the operation of phone systems, ensuring proper etiquette is followed during all communications.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in using phone systems and handling various communication methods effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing front desk operations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
