We keep our target clients needs top of mind with our service and selections. Supplying design and architecture firms directly, or through a select group of progressive dealers is our path to market. Our clients specify top-quality and unique products for their exciting projects and they are our laser focus. Everything we do is aimed at delighting our clients from the products we supply to our marketing tools right down to the way we answer our phones.

In the end, you will be deciding how you accomplish your daily mission, but in broad-strokes, our expectations are that you will:

We Have a Show and Tell type approach, Letting our products sell themselves. You would be on the road servicing

Fraser Valley & Tri-Cities Area

calling on design & Architectural firms, Design build, New home builds & a small dealer base. You will be sharing your territory with two to three others with 2 in Metro Vancouver, and 1 in the Sea to Sky corridor

Build strong relationships with all clients within the territory through superior customer service and communication. Our products speak for themselves but relationships are what drive specs and keep our products from getting value engineered when the jobs go to bid.

Develop new customers and business opportunities with them

Product introduction and learning sessions to debut new product and service launches throughout the year

Develop, implement and maintain a growth strategy in the designated territory

Ideally, we're looking for someone with the following experience and attributes but if you think you're the perfect fit for working with us at Centanni Tile without some of these assets - tell us why you think so!

Three-year's experience in servicing the architectural and design community - bonus if you have tile or stone industry experience
Strong communicator that genuinely likes people and interacting with them!
Enjoy being on the road and traveling to visit clients
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and effectively manage a territory
*Results driven with the ability to set & meet targets and grow sales aggressively

The drive to go the extra mile to exceed client's expectations
Exemplifies courtesy and professionalism in day to day interactions
Proven ability to identify and pursue opportunities within the market
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Ability to lift approximately 20 to 30lbs of samples for meetings etc...
Must live in Lower Mainland
Must be Canadian Citizen
Valid BC Driver License
