We are seeking a dedicated individual to join us in the role of

Outside Sales

. This position will serve as a vital role in supporting our current team of experts and our customers.

Job Duties:



Build and maintain relationships with existing clients. Ensure clients are being well served and needs are being met. Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of products while on-site. Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for sales. Generate and develop new customer accounts to generate sales. Maintains professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to represent the company in a positive manner. Actively manage call schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner. Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients. Periodically conduct information-only presentations, such as seminars, trade show demonstrations, etc. Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services.

Qualifications:



5+ years of direct work experience in an external sales capacity. Work experience in an Industrial Sales would be an asset. Professional demeanour and appearance. Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control account development, and time and territory management. Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers. Strong problem identification and resolution skills. Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Excellent listening skills. Strong written communication skills. Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. High level of integrity and work ethic. Must possess a valid drivers license. Must be willing to travel within New Brunswick. Bilingualism would be considered an asset.
