Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, experience selling promotional products, with a focus on B2B sales and account management. You will leverage your negotiation skills and market knowledge to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the assigned territory. Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Utilize Aim Tech for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on progress. Collaborate with executives and other sales representatives to create effective promotional materials and campaigns. Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value to clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments is an asset. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Experience in business development and account management is essential. Familiarity with technology sales is a plus; ability to understand technical products is preferred. Excellent analysis skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively. Proficient in using Aim Tech or similar CRM software for managing sales processes. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong communication skills in English are required.
