We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to spearhead our sales team. In this role you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new client relationships while managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, a passion for learning and a proven ability to negotiate effectively in the market.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Present product offerings and solutions tailored to meet client needs, demonstrating technical expertise.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company products and services.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales with a knowledge of the construction industry preferred.
Strong business development skills with a track record of successfully managing accounts.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
